CLOSE ONES 01
| Warsaw | 2020 | projection on the building
Partners: Pilecki Institute in Berlin, Millenium Docs Against Gravity, Home Movie Day

The compulsory isolation during the Covid-19 pandemic has led to a new perspective on residential space as a place where the emotions and life events of a vast number of people accumulate. At the same time, it highlighted the importance of what happens outside the home: the need for social bonds, expression and sharing emotions. | CLOSE ONES | has become a document of this time and perspective.
A light exhibition composed of domestic photos provided by residents and communities was displayed on the wall of a building at Plac Zbawiciela in Warsaw in September 2020.
Project prototype developed as part of the "Augmented Reality" scholarship of the Pilecki Institute in Berlin.
Collaboration: Joanna Zięba, Wiktoria Michałkiewicz, Paulina Haratyk, Maciej Sobieszczański.
